How do I access the Club?

The Club is accessed in a dedicated membership portal and you will be given access to our exclusive Members Only Facebook group on joining.

What format does the Club take?

The Club is a monthly subscription-based membership which gives you access to the exclusive Members Only Facebook group, plus one monthly training workshop, unlimited training video library for playback anytime, weekly ‘Marketing Helpdesk’ Zoom troubleshooting drop-in advice sessions with Sarah, a Website Audit (annual plan members only), cheatsheets, checklists, templates, weekly fresh content ideas and real examples, video lessons, bonus trainings, plus access to Sarah and fellow members for networking and support 365 days per year!

How much does the Club cost?

The Club is either £35 a month subscription or £350 as an annual one-off recurring subscription - payable in advance, saving £70 (2 month’s free membership).

I'm so busy, how much time do I have to commit?

The Club is designed to fit around your business. Dip in and out as you need to. The more you put in, the more you will get out! But as a Club (think like a gym membership!), there is no minimum time commitment and all content is available on demand after it is published, so you can go at your own pace when it suits you best.

It isn't a course that you have to follow in a fixed timeframe so you might fall behind or not be able to fit it in.

I have no marketing experience. Is this right for me?

Sarah is a highly-rated trainer and marketing mentor. She provides business and marketing training from the basics, right up to more advanced marketing strategies. Members' experience ranges from those new to doing their own marketing to hosts with 10+ years experience. This creates a Club that provides a powerful community to share and learn in a safe place.

Can I cancel at any time?

If you have a monthly subscription, there is no contract and you can cancel at any time. No questions asked! Access to all Club videos and resources ends immediately on cancellation.

I'm not based in the UK, can I still join?

Yes! The Club is a vibrant international community. All topics are helpful for all businesses, no matter where you are based. The time difference isn’t a problem as all videos will be available after the event in the group, and on demand to watch at any time.

What type of businesses can join?

The Club is unique in that it is designed solely for short-term rental (STR), glamping and holiday businesses, so all training and content is geared towards those types of businesses. But other business owners would benefit too. This is not generic marketing advice that you can find on Google.
